I have another 7 flows for healthcare and this makes more sense. We are going to start using this at our hospital. What was your resource for this list? Would you expound on process engineering some?
I don't know the original source. I learned of the list a while back in a lean training session. As I recall, the process engineering was referencing improvement activities and process/system design.
Great to hear that you have come up with better flows to focus your improve effort that works for you!
