this is a great find :).... it is interesting how people apply what they learn at one place to different aspects of their life!

I don't like this video... It shows batch processes as a better method of production when lean principles teach that single piece flow is better. There is no tack time involved; therefore the actions seems more like a "project" rather than "continuous production". If this guy makes another video I suggest adding continuous demand to show a comparison in lead times and WIP when using single piece flow vs batch and queue.

Hey Anonymous, you serious?
what's not to like. The good thing about this video is that it shows that as Lean practitioners we should never forget to laugh at ourselves sometimes.

Hey! thanks for posting my video. We love Toast Kaizen and we happy to make a little parody. It's not meant to "teach" any principles, but to celebrate that every culture, including ours, needs to laugh. Come visit Latrobe and I'll get y'all a beer and it won't take 40 minutes!

Hi AE,

Thanks for the updated link, I made the change. By the way, I talked with Bruce Hamilton at the NE Shingo Prize Conference this week and he loves your parody!
